  I do not know what I would do without the support and services of Nimel. Their mental health providers are excellent. Very professional and very helpful. My Psychiatrist and my therapist have literally saved my life. Lifesavers

  These monsters refused to refill my 8yo daughter’s anxiety medication without a new appointment scheduled (yet), even though she had been seen recently and had never missed an appointment. Their greed caused my daughter to become suicidal without her medication and end up at the hospital on suicide watch, and they had the gall to try to blame us for not scheduling. The hospital was appalled at how Nimel withheld medication from a small child who clearly needs it, just as we were shocked that they refused to fill the prescription when there was no lapse in care. To make things worse, we asked for the refill several times and they never even returned our calls to say that scheduling is needed. DO NOT TRUST THESE MONSTERS.

  While I have had good experiences at the groups here, I would not recommend this practice for anyone hoping to get a job or get back to work. It took them 2 weeks to provide me with a simple letter that stated I was okay to return to work, resulting in me not being able to work and not being paid. I would reach out for this paperwork everyday yet no one seemed to care that this effected my life in depriving me of an income I need to pay my bills. Again I have had mostly okay experiences here, but one of the counselors should not be in the position she is in. During groups, we would spend most of our time listening to her complain about her children or describing her experiences with mental health/substance use. I am all about having a counselor that can understand my situation, but their life should not take up the majority of group sessions. I always felt so mentally and emotionally drained after groups with this counselor, as it felt like the members of the group and I were their therapists, there to listen to all her problems. I do not think that she knew 3 things about me because she never bothered or took the time to ask about the details of my life, despite that being her purpose and role as a counselor. I would recommend that anyone interested consider looking elsewhere for mental health treatment, as the staff do not seem to care about the patient's getting what they need out of treatment.

  Sad practice- complete lack of care. Zero accountability. It’s mental health and providers and staff need to take it much more professional then they do. Providers cancel apts or do not show up. You are simply a name on a list to get through. Like a deli counter.
