I contacted Vitruvian in Ionia about treatments, I liked their approach and it is close to where I live. The technician ‘ Brad’ was very friendly and helpful and needed to verify that my meds would not be an issue and told me that he would call back after he spoke with the anesthesiologist to receive verification. I never received a callback, I called the office twice and requested him to call- no call… I stopped in to the business a few days later asking for ‘Brad’, I was told by another technician after explaining my circumstances that he ‘would ‘ call me back. Two weeks or so, no call. This in my opinion says a lot about their business practices. I would think when dealing with patients regarding the anxiety/ depression issues that common courtesy would be very important. I am still seeking a clinic however it will not be there.
