This is the office for your child if you want your clinician sharing progress notes & private information about your child’s struggles in the lobby in front of other clients. I heard SO much about other people’s children…I was continually appalled by the poor care shown by clinicians. Watching children being visibly humiliated by clinicians sharing such vulnerable information?!I wondered how this was permitted. Unacceptable. I wish that the UP had better care and mental health resources. I definitely do not recommend this office. 0/10. Unfortunately, for us it was the only choice. Good luck, and I hope if you have to go here you have a better experience than we did.
