Andrea S is the most trustworthy and easy to get along with med management provider ever! I have never had a psychiatrist that I feel like gives me complete autonomy over my mental health treatment, and Andrea does just that. I feel in control of my own treatment for the first time. Andrea also provides great guidance and always offers multiple options! 10/10!

To be real, this place used to be wonderful. The owner is lovely. I don't know what happened. Maybe they just got too big for their britches. Anyway, Matthew Adams is dangerously incompetent. If you're going to take a patient off of their meds, you should probably meet with them for more than 15 minutes. You've been warned... I almost died. Dude simply does not care.

Was super nervous to start my ADHD med journey, so I put it off for far too long. Finally got desperate recently, it was effecting my quality of life. So I needed to find a psychiatrist, but really wanted to try and find one that was knowledgeable enough in handling patients with a complex medical history, particularly those who often react poorly to many meds. Asked in my local Fb group for people with the medical issues I have, and a couple of people highly recommended Dr Schoenbauer. Could not be happier with her!! She is incredibly kind, listens well, acknowledged my concerns around starting meds, and is super thorough! Cannot recommend her enough!

I absolutely loved my time there. I felt so safe and cared for. All of the nurses were amazing. Only suggestion would be to add portable space heaters to each room. It gets so cold when the treatment starts to wear off. The white noise machines are brilliant! All in all, it’s always a great and comfortable experience.

I went for a ketamine treatment, My first ever, and I had a really bad experience. I got home that day, and was spiraling mentally. I called to get help and the nurse just gave me attitude. I told her I wanted to cancel all future appointments and she refused to cancel them, saying that I would “change my mind“. I called to make sure all appointments were canceled and they didn’t even ask me why I was doing this, what happened, anything… They didn’t care that I had a bad experience. It was more like OK goodbye
