I’ve been a patient here for almost 2 years now and have spent many hours in this office. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and Christina is the best provider I’ve ever had. She is extremely approachable, knowledgeable, and flexible. Thank you to a wonderful team!

Had a friend who was suffering from depression and wasn’t getting any better. I know from therapist friends that it’s difficult getting an appointment with a psychiatrist. So, we called Brick Psychiatric Services and Suzette was incredibly helpful. We filled out forms along with necessary IDs and email backed to her. My friend had an appointment within 2 days. I take him to office and the staff is very friendly. He’s seen by Amy and I’m waiting and asked if I am being helped. Friend finishes visit with Amy and comes out much better than he went in. Shared with me that she was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Now, hopefully he’s on the road to recovery. Thanks Brick Psychiatric Services for being kind and attentive, especially when one is in need of help! Keep up the great work.

I'm truly saddened by the reviews I've now been reading. I have been a patient for 19 years, never has my care been about money. They have ALWAYS made my mental health a priority. There have been times where they have said you need to go to the hospital and they have ALWAYS BEEN RIGHT! There are times I don't like how the staff in the front office is but never has that effected my care from the DOCTOR. We are all human and have had bad days and that is 💯 fine. At the end of the day it has always been a group effort to help me. I love this office because even if I don't like what the Doctor says, if I do as the doctor has TOLD me to do I'm all great in the end. I will continue to tell people to come to this office because, they give me the care need, NOT what I thik I need.

If you value your mental health, DO NOT GO TO THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A TREATMENT FACILITY. Dr. Rajput and his staff are completely incompetent clinicians. I’ve been seeing them for years and am still riddled with depression and anxiety. Their idea of care is a 5 minute telehealth phone session with in my case Christina Tallone. She basically asks the same 3 questions each phone call and keeps you on the same medication even though I’m still experiencing horrible depression and anxiety. Forget about trying to get them to fill out any paperwork regarding my leave from work. Christina basically said she did not feel comfortable filling it out even tho I was under her care for over 2 years. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m just happy I’m not alone when trying to spread the word about this terrible place. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

I really like my doctor Christina Tallone so it is unfortunate that I have to give such a negative review for the place where she works but the office staff, particularly the billing department, is completely incompetent. They overcharged my for an appointment and then promised there would be a credit on my account going forward so I wouldn't have to pay until it ran out. Then they continued to try and charge me and cancel appointments because I said I wasn't going to pay more when I should have a credit on my account already. Then they proceeded to get nasty with me and say "if I have a problem with the service I can go somewhere else." This is a psychiatrist's office. They should be MORE caring and compassionate to patients than other types of doctors and yet I have never experienced something so rude simply because I pointed out their mistakes.
