  One of my friends recommended this place because they have virtual meetings and it was convenient for me since I was about to have a newborn. I began seeing my therapist in January, and she was not punctual for all of our meetings. She was always at least 5 minutes late, and I never said anything because I know things happen and sometimes maybe it was the portal that didn’t work she would always say the screen was black and wouldn’t load me sometimes (could have been my connection). She was nice to talk to when I would talk to her. For the last meeting she had the wrong time, and we rescheduled but I never got a link from her to actually meet. This again very unprofessional on her part. Billing was charging my credit card for my copay, however I wasn’t receiving invoices. I have been requesting itemized invoices since June 26th and I have yet to receive one. I don’t need added stress in my life, I already have a newborn. I did this as a precaution to help myself through post partum. When I called the main office to cancel services they asked why and I explained all of the above and the response I received was “hmm, I’ll cancel all the meetings”. No apology or anything.

  I cannot tell you enough how absolutely amazing Maricel, the adult and child psychologists are. As soon as our paperwork is sent, we get a phone call in less than 24 hours and an appointment in less than a week. In a world where finding mental health services is scarce, Hamilton Behavioral is the beacon you are looking for. Everyone has been excellent and we are thrilled to be with this practice.

  I’ve been a patient here for about 4 years now and to be honest, I am at my wits end. It’s one of the most disorganized places I’ve ever been, especially the front office. There just seems to be a lack of communication. It is already stressful enough being on medication but the fact that I HAVE to book a medication managemwnt appointment every month to get refilled on medication I've been on for YEARS just for the provider to never show up. Not only do I have to go through the process of making sure I don't get charged, but I have to go through symptom withdrawel until another appoitment is available. Providors are also usually in a rush to get off the phone. What is orignally an already short 15-minute $60 call, usually turns into a 5-minute call. My pharmacy CVS also has a hard time contacting them. Like another review stated, this place is just a "complete cash grab of a facility."

  I’ve been a patient at Hamilton Behavior for a couple years now and I’ve been so lucky to have a provider help me and guide me through life. Staff is really sweet, professional and prompt with appointments and billing. Providers are all knowledgeable and professional as well. Really happy overall with my experience with Hamilton Behavioral. My concerns are always met with empathy. Highly recommended!!

  If i could give this practice zero review I would. Havent seen a professional in this practice on over 2 years and started to receiving bills from them. Wrong co-pays amount and have proven multiple times with emails regarding accounts paid in full. This is a nightmare billing department and considering reporting
