The woman who does phone evaluations before scheduling apptnmnts is woefully ignorant. She thinks an fMRI is a treatment. And claims it costs $38,000. Their website offers Ketamine and the Gammacore device for vagus nerve stim but in fact they do NOT offer these treatments according to the same woman. She knows nothing about insurance coverage. She just makes up answers to questions and her information is totally incorrect and inadequate. It appears she's had no training whatsoever. She is undoubtedly costing Radial a great deal of business and leaving many patients to just suffer.
