  MONEY GRUBBING! Refusing to fill my final perscrption and insisting I need to schedule another appointment, despite the fact that I told my doctor I got a new job and would be moving to a different state. The billing never makes sense and fluctuates, one day they'll call you to ask about the $300 you owe them even though you already paid your $20 copay. Then the charge disappears when you push back on it. At my last appointment Dr. Sharief said it he would send my medication to a pharmacy in the state I was moving to. Three weeks later he refuses to fill my last perscripion because I'm out of state and is insisting I need to schedule another apointment. So I paid for 4 appointments with the Dr. Sharief but only got 3 perscriptions. Now I'm left scrambling to find a new dr. and will 100% run out of meds before I get in to see one. Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable way to treat patients that have been with the practice for years.

  They literally close the office any time it snows and then they refuse to rebook you for your appointment. I spoke to henna who was extremely rude and short with me and my grandmother. And pretty much told me that me I’m not getting my medicine 2x this week in office like I’m supposed be seen and she told me there was nothing she could do when I offered to come in any time wendsday Thursday and Friday and she is refusing to work with me at all!

  Roshan is my provider and is absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff is excellent and attentive and always very kind and courteous. Christian , at the front desk is absolutely my favorite and the most accommodating , helpful and caring young man. The billing department, a complete separate entity, I find to be abrupt and sometimes even rude.. Overall, I will never leave Evolve, thanks to my provider and the front desk staff. Excellent and highly recommend.

  I have been with Evolve since October 2024 and they have helped me so much with my mental health. I also have been able to open up comfortably and connect with one of my providers. Even the receptionist they’re awesome the head manager she’s awesome. They have helped me get to the bottom of things that was really important and they advocate for you. They have helped me so much that I’ve never been to a mental health place that has been successful for me and I’m so grateful that I found this place.

  update: as of 11/22/25 I received a check in the mail for the balance that I was owed. although I still never received any responses or apologies from this team, really unfortunate as I liked the provider a lot but just can’t justify continuing to be a patient here this is not about their providers, but billing. unfortunately they were charging me copays for seven months when i shouldn’t have been charged. not a huge deal, mistakes happen. yet they won’t take accountability, return my calls, or emails. the only email they sent back to me was basically a copy and paste message without even addressing me by name, just saying that they check with insurance before processing any copays. which of course is not true as how could they miss that for seven months if it were? i am owed 9 payments back. every other office i contacted about this apologized immediately and refunded me within a few hours and that was that. not with evolve though.
