I’ve been coming to the office for two years and have had an excellent experience. The providers, Joy and Julia, are wonderful. The office staff always greet you with a smile, and Lisa B and Lisa C who run TMS and Spravato are amazing, so attentive and truly on top of their work. Thank you all for a great experience.

The office staff at this place is a complete and total joke! Especially Lisa. Denying patients to see their Doctor with 5 minutes left in their appointment even after explaining on the phone when i advised I was late that no matter how late I am I have only my half hour time slot with her. Well guess what, 5 minutes left or not it was my slot! Clearly the staff here only care about their insurance money and not about their patients. Not the first time I felt I was treated rudely by Lisa. Absolutely 100% do not recommend this place. Seems like the only good staff were the actual Doctors and LPN’s.

They cut me off as a patient during complicated grief the week of my husbands 1 yr. They said I had missed an appointment which was scheduled on my lunch. I had just returned to work. I messaged my therapist several times that week to tell you I was in despair. The call ran over my lunch and then she left a VOICEMAIL to say I was being discharged as a patient. Disgusting people. They also did not send my scripts to the right pharmacy EVER. My home health nurses couldn’t even get them to answer their calls. PATHETIC.

My mental health symptoms got drastically worse after I started coming here and they did very little to help. They called the sheriff's to my house after I gave them a piece of my mind of how bad of a job they were doing. Do not go here.

Dr. Shah judged me not knowing my background of being on benzos since I was 16 yrs old due to PTSD. My previous psychiatrist has records for this condition. You never just take a person off a benzo they can stroke out have seizures etc. I have a good friend who goes go him n he gives her Xanax. Bc she's very high strung. Well I was malested as a child which destroyed me. He never got into any details. JUDGMENTAL DR. MAY I SAY
