I didn't want to give any stars...but, it's required. Please reconsider not going to this office. Something is not right here. The NP hides behind a computer screen who knows how many miles away- you will go to this building and sit in an exam room and have a "computer" appointment. The " pain doctor" comes to this town every TWO weeks, from two hours away. Inconsistent treatment - they put your treatment off, and they lie about having treatments submitted for approval. (They don't and you keep waiting for treatment).
