I cannot say enough good things about this practice and the staff. My son, who is autistic and quite a handful, has been with Aspire for 3 months now. He has been in TMS therapy for over 4 years now, and we have found it is the most effective treatment for him. We have traveled over 3 hours round trip 2-3 times a week for him to be able to have this therapy. When we found Aspire (20 minutes each way) we were cautiously optimistic that this would be a good fit. In actuality, Aspire has been the BEST fit for our son. From the front desk staff to the therapists, there has not been one person without a daily smile on their face and a kind word to my son. Treatment began immediately—no insurance or setup delays. Results were almost immediate as well. There is never any negative feedback—never. This practice is full of people who are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, efficient, and positive. We have found a home with Aspire.

I have had an extremely hard and traumatic year. I felt seen and heard here. I went through TMS therapy and it did help a lot with suicidal depression. Billy was and is a fantastic person to work with. He is extremely gentle and empathetic. I felt totally comfortable with him and given my high anxiety levels and social struggles that is saying a lot. It was also nice to chat with him during treatment. It gave me something to look forward to. All of the staff here have been so wonderful and kind. I will miss seeing them every day once my treatment is completed 😭😩

Please avoid this place for your own safety. My husband is on the heart transplant list and medically fragile. Taylor, the owner, had been seeing him for several years, and has been increasingly difficult to get ahold of. She will go weeks without answering messages, no-show for appts, and miss notifications for medication refills. Because she is so challenging to get in touch with, we requested another provider at the clinic. The day before that appt (and 3 weeks after they made it), Taylor sent a text saying that the clinic would no longer serve my husband and he would need to find another provider. When I responded that her method and timing was unprofessional and unacceptable, she offered to refill his script for 90 days. She hadn’t been able to refill his previous script, so there was no reason to trust this offer. I have submitted a complaint to the medical review board on my husbands behalf. Please be advised if you’re considering this provider that we are clearly not the only patient this has happened to. And if this has happened to you, I urge you to do the same.

It was Mental health awareness month, I finally agree with my wife to talk to someone... We're now two weeks into June and Brandy keeps tossing me to the curb. First appointment I joined from their app I was told to download (client portal), joined virtual app at 10:50, at 11:20 "Brandy has ended this call". Then puts me down as a no show... Don't even try to call this place because no one answers and if you try to go through the list she's not even an option to choose. So you're stuck texting. Finally they offer a refund or put it towards next appointment. They wanted me to do another virtual and I said no, not after sitting for 30min then being shut down without her actually showing up. Either in person or I'm out. So they find a slot two weeks out. Today they just txt and say "brandy needs all virtual appointments for the next few weeks, please confirm that you are able to attend"... If Brandy can't show up to work in person or virtually for patients (then claim patient was a no show) maybe Brandy shouldn't be getting pushed onto patients. I tried to ignore the reviews, but now I see I should have listened. I do appreciate them for at least refunding me... But now I'm off to look for help elsewhere. Somewhere that allows me to have one on one conversations instead of doing everything online that makes you feel like your not worth them getting off the couch for. Through all this, not one time have I even spoken to brandy... You'd think if she cared about patients she'd reach out personally instead of using the ladies that answer text and plans appointments. Just something else that tells you, you're not worth the time.

Been trying get help from them for almost 2 months now and refuse to send in any requests to my insurance and never answer their phone. Then straight up lie about sending the info in, to claim it was a mistake then still dont do it. This place used to be alright a couple years ago. 0/10 dont recommend.
