  My experience with Mindpath was, without question, one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I've ever had. My appointment was cut short in the middle of the session, despite the fact that I still had concerns I needed to discuss. Rather than listening, offering guidance, or attempting to help, I was essentially told to do my own research and find someone else. That is an astonishing response to give someone seeking mental health care. I left with no treatment plan, no meaningful referrals, and no support—just the feeling that they wanted to end the appointment as quickly as possible. If Mindpath is unwilling or unable to help patients, they should at least have the professionalism to communicate that respectfully instead of wasting people's time and money. Mental health providers are supposed to make patients feel heard, supported, and respected. My experience was the complete opposite. I left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and worse than when I walked in. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone looking for compassionate, competent mental health care from choosing this practice.

  I highly recommend Mindpath Health. I have multiple chronic conditions and have dealt with at least 20 or more different health groups in my time and Mindpath is very well run. You can get a person on the phone and if they can’t help you they get to someone who can. I have been a patient at Mindpath for over 10 years and every professional I have worked with has been excellent. Mental health can be a delicate condition and the first person you see will not always be the best fit. Be honest about what you need and they will help you.

  From my first appointment through ongoing treatment, I have consistently had an excellent experience with the providers in this practice. The entire team has been professional, compassionate, responsive, and genuinely invested in my care. They take the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure that I feel supported throughout the treatment process. I greatly appreciate their timely communication and commitment to providing high-quality care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking knowledgeable and caring healthcare professionals.

  Would highly recommend. My health team is primarily from Mindpath and for adequate reason. They are superior with getting me the info I need and centering my needs and care. Dr. Peter Panagakis is SUPERB do you hear me??! lol....He just gets it and he gets it right. Quite frankly, he is the reason why I trust other doctors in this network.

  Mindpath telehealth therapy is just what I need. Sometimes I just need to talk. Other times I just need to listen and have her clarify. And sometimes it's a combination of both. I feel heard, and respected. And these days thats alot!
