  The treatment itself works great but the office policies leave something to be desired. When I went through intake I was advised my treatment would always be under 30 minutes. After a certain number of treatments you have a reassessment and at that time my treatment was extended past 30 minutes without a clear conversation about that. It has impacted the time I allot for treatments for work & because my treatments are longer, I'm not given the same grace if I'm running late but the office can run late and I'm left to sit there. Also they will catfish you into thinking there is flexibility with times you're able to schedule and then when you commit, you're locked into that time permanently without there being a conversation about it which is quite frustrating with it being a daily treatment. I just learned that Mindfully offers the same service, I'll look into switching there.

  I have been attending this therapy center for about a year, and I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent care and support I have received. Every single staff member I have met has been positive, uplifting, and genuinely invested in my progress and mental health at each appointment. I was going to name each staff member who has greatly impacted my life; however, that would mean naming every staff member at the location. All of them have impacted my life on a tremendous level and cannot be appreciated enough. They have also made any family members involved in my treatment feel welcome and appreciated, which has been incredibly meaningful. The level of compassion and empathy shown is truly remarkable, and it is clear that the team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for each individual. They are accommodating, always willing to listen and tailor treatment plans to fit my needs. Thanks to their support and expertise, I have seen significant improvement in my mental health. I feel deeply supported and cared for, and I am grateful for the positive impact this center has had on my life.

  Autumn is the absolute best. She's the utmost professional - courteous, timely, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I look forward to every appointment I have with her, and leave each one feeling safe, well-cared for, and understood. Autumn truly values and empowers everyone she works with - both clients and coworkers alike, and I feel lucky to work with her.

  I’ve been a patient here for 2+ years and have had a great experience. All the staff I’ve interacted with are wonderful and the space is welcoming and comfortable. In particular, Dr. Steinberg is kind, relatable, sharp, and empathetic. Kaley, the coordinator, is the best of the best: she has been so helpful, patient, resourceful, caring, fun, and capable. I can’t stress enough how much of a difference she has made in my care and healing journey, and I’m grateful I get the opportunity to share it here!

  This is a gem of a doctor's office. They go above and beyond and provide exceptional patient care. I would not consider going anywhere else! Kaley is a compassionate, genuine, and empathic person and is in the role she was born for. Ebony is a positive and motivating life force! Autumn is also a caring and kind person with a soft touch approach. Give these ladies a raise! :-) If you're on the fence, choose the Beachwood location!
