  Had a truly wonderful experience receiving TMS treatment at this location. The staff did an amazing job ensuring my comfort and made the process as pleasant as can be. Scheduling was easy and flexible, and although it is a big commitment, I was never stressed out about making it work. I found the treatment itself very beneficial. I would recommend TMS at this location to someone in a similar situation seeking an alternative treatment option. Thank you again to the staff (shoutout Melissa!) who showed they really cared and wanted me to be my best self.

  DO NOT GO HERE FOR THERAPY THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL CRAZY!!! Customer Service number is just terrible. The man who was helping me set up my appointment sounded very impatient with me like he just wanted to get me off of the phone. On top of that he didn’t tell me how I was supposed to access my virtual appointment. Come the day of my appointment (today) and I called customer service repeatedly because I didn’t know how to access my appointment. Finally someone nice answered the phone and they said they were transferring me to patient advocacy or something and they put me on hold for 20 minutes then play a message saying that nobody is available to take my call and then it just hangs up on me. This company makes their portal hard to access on purpose so they can charge everyone a $100 cancellation fee. Only go here if you want to get scammed.

  After 3 months with Harmony Bay Wellness, my main take is this: DON'T EVER TELL THEM YOU'RE STRUGGLING WITH SUICIDAL IDEATION! THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO FORCE YOU INTO A "HIGHER LEVEL" OF CARE THAT COSTS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DESPITE INSURANCE! IT'S EITHER YOU PAY UP OR GET KICKED OUT! They also violated my patient bill of rights AND New Jersey state law by discharging me AND REFUSING TO GIVE ME A 30 DAY SUPPLY OF MY CURRENT MEDICATIONS! SOME OF WHICH HAD POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING WITHDRAWALS! and never received my discharge papers or anything in writing about being discharged until A MONTH LATER! Not to mention certain supervisors/receptionists referring to me as "crazy", "manipulative" and a "burden" while lying to me claiming "there is no patient bill of rights". That's right folks, someone employed at a mental health practice referred to a patient struggling with suicidal thoughts as "A BURDEN". After all the drama and hardship they put me through, there's no way in hell they're a real company. There is no accountability, responsibility, or compassion for those who need it the most. All they care about is profits.

  The staff at harmony bay really took care of me. From scheduling, to the level of knowledge and anecdotal information, I was confident that I was in good hands. The staff curated an environment of peace, flexibility safety and reassurance. When clients are experiencing hard times, it is important to treat clients with dignity and sensitivity. I am grateful for the TMS techs and the entire staff for being there during this part of my treatment journey.

  I had my TMS therapy here with Nina and Melissa, everyone I've met here is absolutely amazing and the treatments are excellent They provide a very clean and relaxing environment allowing for the best quality TMS, highly recommend coming here and I would love to come back!
