  Absolutely disgusting with the Dr's manners or lack there of. No compassion what so ever. Rudely told me to leave after shutting the door behind us after I was definitely made clear we were done and he wasn't gonna try anything to help me. As I left the office calmly but extremely in disbelief how that 4 minute visit played out I walked by the director of clinical services little did I know who he was at the time. As he was very professional helping me the rude lady behind The front desk went and told the Doctor something I'm not sure what but that is when he hollered at me from his office standing there telling me to come here I was in hopes he was going to help me after all but he pulled me in the office and shut the door and told me to leave The lady behind the front desk made me feel like I was a piece of shit like I was worthless like I did not belong the are like I was overreacting and in reality I was scared because I was not getting the help that I originally went there for The lady who did my vital signs was amazing And the director of clinical services was absolutely amazing But the rest of the staff that I saw that day do not need a job in a place for people that have mental health problems that doctor in particular you're almost made me feel some sort of way that could put me in a differen type of hospital but thankfully I have Well let's just say I'm not gonna let that person make me feel that way ever again The rest of the day I criedI called my other Doctor numerous times upsethe rest of my day was spent in bed cryand today I still don't have my medicine that I so greatly need

  Dr. Pang, his Administrative Assistant, Jennifer Hamiliton, and their team have been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and kind by displaying welcoming hospitality and genuine care and concern for my wellbeing. The team has showed diligence in connecting with me which is not easy as I work in a hospital with poor cellphone service. They were professional and took the time to educate me on various things, some of which they didn't have to, but wanted to in person, over the phone, and via e-mail. They engage with empathetic listening and sincere expressed desire for me to thrive in my overall health. I'm looking forward to continuing to receive care at their facility and strongly recommend them to any persons seeking mental health support. They function like a thorough well-oiled machine which is not easy to find in healthcare in a post covid world.

  I get my Spravato treatment at Dr Pang’s office and John (who gives me my treatment) makes it a very comfortable and safe experience every time I go. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness that is shown to me. I am very grateful for the excellent care they give me!

  Great experience. No wait time at all and Dr was very caring. His assistant was the same. Recommend to amybody.
