I have been forced to come off of my medication due to no fault of my own due to the lack of care provided by this facility. So now I am having awful withdrawal effects and no one in the building seemed to care. Jeanie was an amazing doctor but she is no longer working for them and I found out as I was trying to make an appointment with her for a refill. I have filed a complaint against this facility.

They do not give you the time of day to address any issues that you may be dealing with. Andrea Timmins is the worst medical doctor I have ever seen in the mental health field. I begged her to help me find a solution so I could be more on track with my medication, I have problems remembering everything because of my brain condition so I would often forget my medication. She disregarded all of that and told the director that I was refusing to take it. She was very rude and mean and discriminatory towards me. It really feels like when you go for an appointment they only care about getting a paycheck from it. They would not reevaluate me, the therapist didn't care to hear about anything I had to say, she just wanted me to do a workbook on anxiety.

The counsellors are great, if you can get past the hurdles of the front office. I was a patient and was being seen every 3 months as part of my continuing therapy; however, when COVID hit, they stopped taking appointments, so I went from being an active patient to being disenrolled. Oh, by the way, there was never any type of notification that this would/could occur. It is now 2 March 2021 and I have called them 7 times for intake appointments and was told today that they are backed up and cannot/will not make any new appointments - nor will they refill my prescription for the foreseeable future. In my experience, they and the VA are neck in neck for being the worst medical administration that I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

We had a scheduled appointment at 8:30. There was a lady there and they told her they would only see her today if the 8:30 appointment canceled (which was us). They told her she would have to reschedule and she starts crying. So they see her before us and we have to wait over an hour to be seen. We didn’t get to go back until 9:45 and mind you I had to go to my job afterwards and we didn’t get done until 10:30. How can you put someone without an appointment before someone with one?

I had an appointment scheduled at 7:45 am. It was a virtual appointment but I never received a link to connect with the provider. I called at 7:18 am to very this but received a voicemail that business hours had not began and to call back at 8:00AM. When I did call at 8:15am the receptionist denies any knowledge of a call and states their phones rolled on at 7:30 or so. She wouldn't hear anything else and put me on hold to reschedule.
