When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk person. I didn't have to Wait long at All. I was taken to The back And I seated at a very comfortable reclining chair. My husband was welcomed which was nice. The iv placement was virtually pain Free. I've had blood draws that hurt way more. This didn't. The process went smoothly!! Highly recommend this infusion center!!

I just want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to the front desk and my doctor here. Ms. Krizia and Felicia at the front desk are always amazing. They respond to every call, are super helpful, easy to talk to, and always make me feel comfortable. We can joke, laugh, and it honestly makes coming in a lot easier. Ms. Bernadette, my doctor, is just as great. She always listens to me, takes my concerns seriously, and works with me to find the right medication for my headaches. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard and supported. Overall, the care and kindness from everyone here really makes a difference. I truly appreciate everything they do.

From the time I went into the office to make the appt for my elderly father, to the time I was checking out from the office visit, I was impressed with the level of professionalism, kindness, patience and compassion the entire staff provided me and my elderly parents. My dad saw Mr. Herrera, who took the time to carefully explain everything we needed to know in two different languages I might add! The office was clearly busy, but not once did he make us feel like he was rushed and made sure we all understood what was ahead. I would definitely recommend ANESC to anyone seeking neurological care!

I can’t say enough good things about Brenda at the Eastside ANESC office. Every single time I come in, she’s the first person to make me feel calm and taken care of. She greets me by name the moment I walk through the door, and she always treats me with genuine kindness, not just routine politeness. What really stands out about Brenda is how patient and attentive she is. Even on days when I’m stressed or dealing with a lot, she never rushes me. She listens, explains things clearly, and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on before I move on to my appointment. Her professionalism is solid, but her attitude is what truly makes the difference she has this calm, reassuring way of making you feel like you’re actually seen and not just another appointment on the schedule. Brenda is the kind of person every medical office wishes they had at the front. She sets the tone for your whole visit, and because of her, I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Thank you, Brenda, for always going above and beyond. You’re truly exceptional and very appreciated.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disorder recently and the team at Advanced Neurology have been very nice and accommodating. I needed to get records for a V.A. disability claim. The office manager was willing to do it while I waited. It was only two visits but he could have sent it later; he sent it while I waited and had a nice attitude about it. I can’t imagine who would want Parkinson's or any one of my 12 or so maladies; it’s tough, but the staff’s warmth is one less thing to worry about. Oh and another shout out for the other front desk staff! Very sweet and kind! All of them. God bless you all.
