  This is probably the most important review I feel that I have ever written and I hope that it truly communicates my heart about the matter and this clinic. I got out of the Marines in ‘06 and over the years I have experienced just about every method and have been cared for by many differing types of providers in this field and I have never had the results I have gotten here or have been treated with such care, and patience to be honest, than I have at this place. They also offer a lot of new treatments which I like. I discovered this place after the VA allowed for community care. The best treatment I have gotten since 2006. That’s sad to say but true. I wish the VA would clone this place and replicate it’s standard of care.

  This clinic is truly amazing. The entire team is kind, supportive, and genuinely cares about the people they work with. Whether it’s therapy, medication, Spravato, or TMS, every service is handled with compassion and professionalism. Jamie, Diana, Megan, Lorie, Amy, and so many others create an environment where people feel understood and cared for. It’s a place that has really helped me get better and it’s easy to recommend to anyone looking for thoughtful, heartfelt mental health support.

  My team and I recently visited this clinic for TMS training and from their front desk to their back team, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Robin did an incredible job giving us tips and information that will help us provide the best care for our own TMS Clinic. She is very knowledgeable about TMS, insurance and techniques and so open to sharing this knowledge with others. Her leadership is apparent and she was so patient in allowing us to receive hands on training with real patients. I am so grateful for the opportunity and would recommend those who want a professional caring team on their side to consider Compassionate Psychiatric Services in Frisco, Tx first.

  Robin and the whole team at Compassionate have been incredible during my TMS treatment. Robin is kind, caring, and genuinely uplifting every visit, and Salwa, Cita, and Dr. Jami Moore explained every step of my care clearly and compassionately. The clinic is clean, friendly, and professional, and they handled insurance and scheduling smoothly so I never felt lost. I have never had a bad experience and I highly recommend their TMS program to anyone looking for real, evidence-based help.

  This is very hard for me because I don't putting myself out there in public. Karen is the only person I can trust to help me with a accurate solution to my medications because I don't want to take pills but she has been spot on right and upfront with me. Yzabel her assistant is magnificent and extremely compassionate. They are a exceptional pair and I'm very lucky to have them both keeping me alive. Amy is my backup go to if scheduling is full. She is a rockstar too. Thank you for what you do...you are all remarkable.
