I have had an exceptional experience with this practice and recommend them without hesitation. From my initial consultation onward, the entire team has demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a sincere commitment to patient care. Ann Song is an outstanding provider who truly sets the standard for excellence. She consistently takes the time to explain each step of the treatment process in detail, ensures I know what to expect, and thoughtfully addresses all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her attentive and patient-centered approach makes a meaningful difference in the overall experience. Additionally, the availability of TeleHealth appointments adds a level of convenience that makes scheduling simple and efficient. I highly recommend this practice, and especially Ann Song, to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough care.

I had an excellent experience with this TMS psychiatry practice and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first consultation, the staff was professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my well-being. They took the time to thoroughly explain how TMS works, what to expect throughout treatment, and answered all of my questions without rushing or pressure. The clinical team is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable at every visit. The treatment environment is calm, clean, and welcoming, which made a big difference during a process that can feel intimidating at first. Scheduling was smooth, the front office staff was responsive and kind, and I always felt respected and supported. Most importantly, the results have been truly life-changing. TMS has helped me in ways that traditional treatments did not, and I’m so grateful to have found a practice that combines advanced technology with genuine care and professionalism. If you’re considering TMS or looking for a psychiatry office that prioritizes both clinical excellence and patient experience, this is absolutely the place to go.

This is the worst mental health clinic!! Similar to a review below, they didn't bill me for MONTHS and then when I went to login for my telehealth appointment, I was told I was dropped and that they sent my bill to collections. The front office people are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The billing department is inconsiderate and very unaware of the fact that they are dealing with heightened emotions and people with mental health issues. My psychiatrist, Ann Song, was great but the rest of the office is horrible. The Penner's have no care in the world for their patients and clearly only care about sending people to collections and dropping patients. It's embarrassing that they work with people who are truly suffering mentally and don't communicate anything. I was in need of new medications when they dropped me, leaving me without my medications for weeks. I wouldn't recommend even if they were the very last mental health clinic on Earth.

As a Pediatrician in Olympia for over 35 yrs I have had interactions with many different offices. I can strongly recommend the Olympia Center for TMS and Psychiatry. I have many patients that have been treated there. The care is highly professional and consistently excellent.

I had a great experience with my provider. I didn’t receive a bill for 6+ months, even after asking for it. I thought maybe insurance was covering it since nothing was coming through, until finally getting a very large bill. I called same day and was told if I didn’t pay immediately that I’d be dropped. Frustrated, but feeling nervous to be dropped from mental health care, I paid half my bill. They sent the rest of it to collections 32 days later and dropping me anyways. I tried multiple times to pay and get called pulled from collections (I’ve never had anything go to collections before) and work with them, with no luck. The male doing billing was very condescending and rude. It hurt my credit and mental health. I would strongly not recommend the company even though Ann Song was amazing to work with.
