  Having a hard time with injury, pain and anxiety - asked for an approved leave of absence. They allowed it, then ended up discharging me somewhere else for some reason in the middle of care, never got my ketamine appointment, that's fine. Won't have the same doctor provide return to work now... Made me initiate my own LOA from work to only get paperwork but said to not expect them to be filled out. Then I could get fired or go to my PCP as an emergency. No history of drug abuse. I even asked for less than what I was given at one point. Redemption never sent information for transfer of care, or it never got to them. I had my first appointment after discharge with new provider and the provider did not have any of my history never knew of my medication I should be on. I literally had people (granite/cabinet installation) steal my meds but not only that my valuables and I'm punished for it. Redemption literally said they faxed it to them, I even uploaded to email for Denova and still unknown situation. I'm literally in limbo, why was this necessary? Said I could come here for emergency care, I got an appointment then they cancelled on me. I thought this was going to be my last appointment to close out my care and get a return to work. On top of that, in my record provider Lyons puts I'm going on a tangent about work harassment... Ok, insensitive. If someone else took his notes as fact I probably won't be taken seriously as it's not correct or true. Thrown together with flaws. Literally starting from scratch, because I don't really want his notes to be shared as they are not helpful or explain the full situation. Says my grandpa on my mom's side passed away, it was my dad's....

  DR Anthony Ojeme is the man!! He is kind and generous and all around a good human being! After decades of issues he helped figure out the problem. He is keen to help with the right solutions to my issues. He listens and you can feel that this man actually cares about you and really wants to genuinely help!   TMS / Ketamine - if you're considering it, please try it. I've been coming here for a variety of services for a little over 2 years now. It originally took me a little while to warm up to the idea of TMS / Ketamine. From the first ketamine infusion, I saw changes happen. TMS took me quite a bit longer to decide to try and do, but I kind of wish I had done them simultaneously at first! The two of them together are very powerful tools to help snap you out of the brain fog and depression. I feel like this second round of TMS has really helped me get back to where I was. I was a little reluctant the second time though, but Kassidy was very responsive to my needs and making me more comfortable. She has a super power to read between the lines and adjusting. I can't tell you how thankful I was to have Kas there. I have worked with Nicole to receive my ketamine infusions and I have always felt safe with Nicole there. The additional support from the staff who are scheduling appointments and making sure the text messages go out - Thank you, it really helped keep me on track!

  Dont care if you are out of meds dont try and accommodate for patients safety. Won't give you a bridge for medication Ina timely manner.. find a better provider that cares about their patients mental health especially when its a minor

  I wasn't sure what to expect from TMS or Ketamine, but after the first session, I already started to notice changes. Over the course of 45 treatments, the feelings post TMS have been similar for me. A light boost of calm and ease while also awakening me seems to stem from the source of the TMS procedure. The initial Ketamine experience is calm, but it seems the effects on mental health continue to improve on to the next day. Repeated treatments seem to build stronger upon the initial experience. Erin is the technician that performed the procedure for all of my 45 visits. She did an amazing job keeping me informed of what was going. Most importantly, she has a gift for working in her position. She always made my mornings better when I wasn't at my best. One of the most kind and caring people I have met. Nicole is the technician that performed the infusions. I don't have as many visits with her, but she has been funny, pleasant, careful and has made a vulnerable experience feel safe. It's rare to feel listened to or receive proper treatment anymore, so it has been great that this entire office has regained my faith in healthcare.
