  I'm so grateful to have found Heather and the other providers at Insights Psychiatric. I moved to this area some years back and had to switch from my bay area provider to one locally. I was apprehensive about making the change and have had many past mixed experiences. They made it really comfortable for me from the beginning and when I needed to make some changes later on they were there for me to make sure I got what I needed. I really feel like they care and aren't there to just dole out meds like most other providers do. They go that extra mile and I am so grateful for their help. I have recommended them to others who also have had great experiences with them. I honestly think they are better than my bay area providers were, which is one of the high points of my move to this area.

  After months of searching for a psychiatrist I found this place. I was given the wrong address which made me 5 minutes late so they canceled my appointment. They knew I was on my way too. The first address I went to had one of their nurses call this place to let them know I was on the way. This place also called me and I told them I was on my way. I would never suggest going here and you're better off doing absolutely anything else.

  Called to see about getting an appointment here and was told they would send me an email with a link to a referral form. Once I filled it out, I would be contacted in 2-3 days. Four days later I receive a phone call telling me that the type of therapy I was seeking is not available from this provider. Perhaps they should ask a few more questions on an initial phone call and not just jump to send someone an email and waste your time.
