TMS Austin did a great job with helping me to manage my mental health. The office staff, doctors, and technician are genuinely interested in your wellbeing. I did both protocols with them and it helped me a lot. I recommend this place to everyone who is even considering TMS for their mental health. Pills never worked for me and would usually get every side effect. TMS caused minor headaches and fatigue, but overall helped me get through a rough time.

My therapist recommended this as a possible solution for my struggle with depression and OCD. Not only is their customer service HORRIBLE. They do not follow through with information. I had an initial call then was told I would have a consultation. They were supposed to be an hour-long conversation with a doctor. This conversation was 20 minutes at best, and he showed up late. Then I was excluded from TMS for reasons that I had no idea about until I called when the bill came. I was charged 100 dollars for a 20-minute conversation with no solution and no follow up. When I called, I was told I had my time with the doctor, and I was disqualified from TMS due to a mental illness I have NEVER been diagnosed with and still have not been. This is a SCAM and I would look elsewhere. I asked to speak with the owner or anyone that could help me understand why this is acceptable, I was told they would call. That never happened. Stay so far away from this place and go somewhere more professional.

My provider, Andrew Pratt, listens to my issues attentively, and I feel we have a great understanding of my treatment goals. He has walked me through treatment plans for depression and anxiety with understanding and empathy that I was sorely missing with previous providers. Couldn’t recommend his practice enough.

Dr. Aragon, Samayia, and Cassandra are a godsend. I'm not sure I've ever encountered a physician with the heart, skill, compassion, and integrity of Dr. Aragon. He truly wants what's best for his patients and goes above and beyond to deliver on that. His staff, as mentioned above, are truly caring, kind and considerate people who want to put the patient at ease and watch them thrive. After going through treatment in prior years, with two other Austin providers (stay away from A New Era at all costs) I can personally vouch for TMS of Austin being the best TMS providers in town. Can't thank the TMS of Austin team enough for helping me significantly improve my mental health. This treatment works wonders when practiced in the right hands.

Update: The team saw my review and corrected the mistake on their account and will be talking with the other company to correct the customer service. Thanks for the follow-up. Re-stating my original rating. ---- Worked with them for medication management for around 2 years, stopped working with them on May of last year and suddenly a few weeks ago we started receiving attempts to charge at an account we no longer have, when I called them they couldn't give me an answer and sent me to another company that said that they were charging a balance from 2 years ago when I was always paying up front 100% before they would run the insurance. I asked them to stop that charge and explain better and they just hung up.
