  We highly recommend Dr. Hough. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He understood our needs before coming up with a treatment plan. He takes the time to listen to our concerns patiently and makes sure our questions are answered. Also, thanks to the staff who are all efficient and friendly!

  For the past three weeks, Serenity from Southwest psychiatric physicians has been the best help during these three weeks, she has stayed with me through the entire process not once making me feel alone, or forgot she has gone above and beyond for me, calling me multiple times a day, helping me through the entire process. She also was able to recently move my appointment up even closer Instead of the original date due to a recent cancellation That has been my goal is hoping there’s a cancellation so I can get seen sooner and when there was a cancellation, she called me immediately as professional, and as helpful as possible Serenity‘s hard work and dedication to helping individuals like myself need to be seen and heard she has brought so much peace during such a crazy time for myself, and she has brought so much help during a time when I really needed it right now.. with all this sad if nurse practitioner, Shane Walsh is anything like Serenity who’s been helping me all these weeks bringing Peace, communication and help where it’s needed I am super excited, and even more eager to start this journey! I want to personally say thank you Serenity for all your hard work all your time, all your effort, and just the amazing human being you are you are amazing at your job and it’s people like you that make this world go round. Thank you for helping, not only myself but many others. You're amazing Serenity, and I hope you know that I feel that every day YOU DESERVE IT! Thank you again serenity -Colton Scott

  I bring my 8 year old son here. The front office staff are wonderful, and so is NP Bullock. She is great at getting my son to talk and really understands him. She has really helped in managing my son’s ADHD. Which as a mother I truly appreciate. They have an app to message the provider that I absolutely love. They are very quick to respond to my messages. I’m very glad that we chose this practice.

  My son has a reaction to the medicine, and I called Thursday and they said the on call doc will call me back friday and I am yet to hear from them..😏

  Everyone here is phenomenal.. The best psychiatrist I’ve ever had AND the front desk is always quick and responsive. Never had any issues scheduling appointments or requesting refills. They are the best…….. Shout out to NP Michael for being the most friendly and approachable doctor I’ve ever been seen by; he’s helped me a LOT over the years, couldn’t recommend him more
